Like your customers, I too was overwhelmed with complex, technical jargon when I entered the technology and professional services industry in 2011. But when you’re marketing technology, you really don’t have the luxury of not asking questions.
I learned to embrace my curiosity. This, in combination with my empathetic nature, led me to get my M.S. in Scientific and Technical Communication degree from the University of Minnesota — Go Gophers!
